Libya, on April 2. Libya was on the verge of another civil war

In Libya, the new bloody battles broke out between the main population (Arabs) and ethnic minorities (blacks and Tuareg). Over the past week have killed about 150 people. One of the main reasons for fighting - battle for oil revenues. Experts fear that if the conflict does not stop, will begin a new civil war that threatens to split the Libyan and may spill over into neighbouring countries.

The main collision occurred near the town of Sebha, 650 kilometres south of the Libyan capital of Tripoli. The conflict broke out here March 25 between the former insurgents and tribal black tube. According to one version, tuba killed an Arab, after which the rebels staged ethnic cleansing. A tube in response to that announced the creation of self-government in South Libya, threatening to blow up oil pipelines, as well as ask for help from tribesmen who live in neighbouring countries - Chad and Niger.
